"The Dreadful SATs"

Since SATS are such a big test

Everyone tries to do their best.

We wake up at 7 in the morning,

And pray it is not pouring.

It's a day where we can dress like a bum

Because our hands are certain to go knumb

From all the writing we will be doing.

By the time the test comes around,

I have realized that I found

It really isn't that bad!

The only things I have to do

Are concentrate and read the clues.

About four and a half hours later

The test is finally over!

All I have to do now

Is wait and see how I did.

Before the test I was so nervous,

But afterwards I felt it was a piece of cake.

"First Day of School Dilemma!"

First day of senior year

Has finally arrived here.

My only problem of the day

Was what to wear that said, "Yay!"

Since I had to dress according to the weather,

I knew I could immediately cross out anything leather.
Should I wear a skirt or a dress?
Either, as long as I don't look like a mess.
How about a t-shirt or a tank top?
No, no it has to have something that pops.
Maybe something with a fancy design?

Definitely nothing that has a rude sign.

I have to feel comfortable but look nice.

Hm, maybe I should wear something with a little spice?

But certainly nothing that can tear,

Oh what will I wear?!
