"Summer Job What??"

Now that school's coming to an end,

It's time to start to slowly descend.
No more school work and tests to worry about.
Instead we can relax and not have a single doubt.
Even though we are allowed to slack off,
There are some things that aren't worth a scoff.
We still have a responsibility to stay on the right track,
And by getting a job that will help us to not slack.
The only problem is that I don't know
If I should get a job or relax and get a nice summer glow.
This is my last summer before I go to college,
And have to once again rebuild my knowledge.
So after much consideration I came to the conclusion,
That I will not be getting a job and live in the summer illusion.
I want to enjoy my summer and have fun every day,
Instead of having to wake up early and be in a disarray.
I am excited to embrace this coming summer,
And to slowly sink into the role of a bummer!
